Many moons ago in a far-off place, Queen Aggravain decreed no couples could marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, found a bride. Princesses came from far and wide to win the hand of the prince, but none could pass the impossible tests given to them by the Queen. That is, until the “shy” swamp princess, Winnifred the Woebegone, showed up. Would she be able to pass the Sensitivity Test, marry her prince and help Lady Larken and Sir Harry to the altar? Carried on a wave of wonderful songs, by turns hilarious and raucous, romantic and melodic, this rollicking spin on the classic tale The Princess and the Pea provides some side-splitting shenanigans. For after all, a princess is a delicate thing.

Rehearsal Calendar:
We expect that all members of the cast and crew make it to their assigned rehearsals and workshop times. We understand however that life happens. Please review this calendar ahead of submitting for an audition. Please complete the audition packet found in Google Classroom and bring the required print out forms to Mr. Barrett in Room 166 by 11/4/2025. If Mr. Barrett is not in his office, please slide forms under door. Please note that some of these forms are digital and some are print and return. Production Fee (Paid After Cast List Posted):
We ask all participants of our show to pay a small production fee to offset the cost of T-Shirts, Tech Week Meals, Sets, Costumes, and More. Production Fees can be paid at the link below or by bringing a check into school and dropping it off to Mr. Barrett in Room 166. If you do a check, please complete the check form below. This year the Production Fee is $60.00. (If you need a LHS Drama Club Shirt the Production Fee is $75.00 this allows us to have the playbill photos in color.)
